Jordan Ktori
Head Coach, Founder, First Serve Racket Club
Jordan Ktori brings a lifetime of experience and achievement to his role as founder and head coach of First Serve Racket Club. Starting his journey at the age of 4 in a dedicated tennis family, Jordan’s passion and talent led him to a successful career in competitive tennis. He played Division 1 tennis in the UK, represented his county in numerous tournaments, and gained a deep understanding of the game that he now shares with his students.
Over his career, Jordan has coached at prestigious academies worldwide, including the Babolat Tennis Academy in Cyprus, the Annabel Croft Academy at Aphrodite Hills Resort in Greece, and Newmarket Tennis Club in the UK. For the past eight years in Singapore, he has developed players of all levels, from beginners to national-level athletes and Division 1 US college competitors. His expertise extends to guiding recreational players, leading numerous teams in Singapore’s WITS league to promotion and success.
Jordan’s approach is known for its emphasis on technical mastery and tactical awareness, ensuring players understand the “why” behind each element of the game. His sessions are fast-paced, focused, and rich with insights that enable players to elevate their performance on every level.

Jerusha Chen
Academy Director and Operations Manager
With over eight years of experience in Singapore’s fitness scene, Jerusha Chen is a celebrated trainer and fitness centre manager known for her dedication to fitness transformation and athletic performance. Formerly a top trainer at CruCycle, CruBox and Ultimate Performance Gym, Jerusha has guided countless clients to achieve their goals and helped fitness centres operate at a top level.
At First Serve, Jerusha's role is to ensure that our clients enjoy their experience, and coordinates all of the behind the scenes work that is required for our programs to run smoothly.
She is also an avid tennis fan and competitive player who competes across various tournaments in Singapore.

Ibarra Ortega
Senior Coach
Coach Ibarra brings over 15 years of playing experience and 8 years of coaching expertise to First Serve. A former professional player and Top 10 ranked player in the Philippines, he has a strong competitive background and deep understanding of the game at both recreational and high-performance levels.
Over the past 2 years in Singapore, Ibarra has become one of First Serve’s most popular coaches amongst both adults and children, known for his positive energy, patience, and ability to connect with players of all ages and standards. He works with everyone from complete beginners learning the fundamentals, through to advanced tournament players preparing to compete at a higher level.
As a PTR Certified Coach, Ibarra combines technical knowledge with a modern coaching approach, while continuing to develop his coaching philosophy under the mentorship of Coach Jordan. His sessions focus on building strong fundamentals, confidence, tactical awareness, and a genuine enjoyment for the game.
